How do auctions work?
When you place a bid, you are committing to buy the item if you are the highest bidder when the timer ends. Funds are not deducted until you pay, but failure to pay may result in an account ban. Bids placed in the last minute will extend the timer by 30 seconds (Sniper Protection).
How do I verify my account?
Account verification happens automatically after your first successful purchase of over $500. You will receive a badge on your profile.
What are Gift Cards?
Gift Cards on Nexus are digital codes delivered instantly to your email and dashboard upon purchase. They can be used on their respective platforms (Amazon, PSN, etc.). You can choose a preset amount or enter a custom amount for supported cards.
Refund Policy
All sales are final for auctions. Direct purchases can be refunded within 24 hours if the item has not been shipped. Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable once the code has been revealed.
