1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nexus Marketplace, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You differ to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Auctoin Rules

• Bids are binding contracts.
• Sniper protection extends auctions by 30 seconds if a bid is placed in the final minute.
• Shill bidding (bidding on your own items to inflate price) is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Wallet

Funds deposited into your Nexus Wallet are non-refundable unless authorized by support. Withdrawals take 1-3 business days.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these terms without notice.
